If you haven't read Bourdain's awesome non-fiction books, I strongly recommend that you do. With none of the pretension that you'd expect from a "celebrity chef", he comes across as the "Anti-Celebrity Chef"; that is, a regular guy that works hard and takes advantage of the opportunities he's been given. He knows what he likes, and he's a straight shooter about it. And he gets into loads of mischief.
