Chinese Netizens Use "Human-flesh Search Engines" for Mob Justice

Internet culture in China varies greatly from western net culture, according to an article in the New York Times.  Using the popularity of message boards and forums, netizens are connecting with others online to track down people in the real world, and pursue mob justice against offenders with "human-flesh search engines".
