The whole internet is your iTunes

SeeqPod Music beta - Playable Search - Find. Discover. Watch. Listen. Share.

Now I know it's totally unlike me to go gaga over a new music site, but this one is definitely worth a look.
SeeqPod is a type of playable music search. It's like all the mp3s on the web are in your iTunes Library, and you can search for them and create playlists out of them that will stream over the net to your speakers.  And what can you do?  You can create online, streaming playlists of audio and video files, you can blog your awesome playlist.

For all you cool people in the US with iPhones, you can use the Mobile SeeqPod site to search artists and playlists that will stream audio, over the internet, to your iPhone.  Apparently, Mobile SeeqPod site works very well with the iPhone.  If you use the Mobile SeeqPod site with your desktop browser, the simplified interface doesn't start a playlist, it opens the mp3 directly in your window. Interesting.

Oh yes, and it's the best price of all; free.  I don't feel like my description is doing it justice, so go and spend 5 or 10 minutes playing with it and listening to it, and see how useful SeeqPod is for you.
